To ensure the best service possible, we pack and ship your orders only Monday through Friday. We'll ship orders within 1 to 2 weekdays from the order date. Any orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next available weekday.
Free shipping on purchases of $200 USD or more is limited to domestic destinations (contiguous U.S. only). Additional charges apply for express shipping.
Standard shipping is $5 USD for orders less than $200 USD to domestic destinations (contiguous U.S. only). It may take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
All international orders may take approximately 15 to 25 business days after processing for delivery. Standard shipping is $20 USD, Expedited shipping is $50 USD.
NOTE: The customer is responsible for all additional fees including but not limited to: taxes, duties, and fees associated with customs clearance of the goods.
Due to the growing frequency of identity theft and credit card fraud, PayPal warns us when the “ship to” address is not confirmed (generally when the shipping address is not the same as the billing address) and raises a flag indicating that there is a risk associated with this transaction. It is our obligation to verify the information via email before we are able to process the order. If we receive an order with an unconfirmed shipping address, the order will be put on hold and an email will be sent to the email address on file. The order will not be released until we receive an email response with the requested information.
For those customers whose orders are on hold, we advise you to take the following necessary steps:
- Check your record with PayPal first to make sure that all of your information is correct and up-to-date.
- Check your email inbox/spam folder shortly after placing your order. You will probably have an email pending from us.
PayPal orders that have unconfirmed shipping addresses that have not been confirmed via email within the first week of the order date will be canceled and fully refunded to the customer’s account.
